Life is tough enough managing family, relationships, and social interactions. Add in the increased anxiety that most of us feel at work and it makes for a very stressful cocktail. Sometimes we have difficult people around us. Sometimes we are difficult people. Therapy can help you figure out ways to reduce stress and increase positive sense of self.

Your environment may not necessarily change, but you can. Let’s talk about how to do that. We’ll work through problems in a way that is catered to you. It may be painful. It WILL be challenging. But I’m always on your side and I’m always working to help you feel better and move towards your goals.
